maybe Wienerschnitzel can come up with a milkshake version of "Kogel mogel" dessert. It is a Jewish European dessert that originally used as medicine for sore throat. it is made from almost raw egg yolks, sugar, and flavorings such as honey, vanilla, cocoa or rum. similar to eggnog.
