Today I prepared for you a sweet and very easy recipe, which is divided into layers! A delicious flaky brioche that will linger in your palate.
With this brioche dough you can make any type of pastry you want with peace of mind, and you can also make them plain or with chocolate.
NOTE - The size of the molds I used is 70mm wide and 35mm high

🔴Recipe:
500 g flour
260 ml lukewarm milk (1.5 glasses)
80 g soft butter (2 heaping tablespoons)
50 gr sugar (less than half a glass)
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 egg
2 sachet of dry yeast (11 g)
Half a teaspoon of salt
Brush 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk.
