I'm sorry everyone, in the video I made a small mistake. You cut the sleeve length down to 25cm (9.84"in). Lower the shirt down to 38cm (14.96"in).

Your top shirt is Not 25cm! I cut the material accordingly to what you showed and then when u draw the armhole 20cm, the material is not enough.
