Grief IS incredibly difficult especially during the holidays. I’ve been interning at an agency in their Bereavement department and I ran an entire support group with the theme of managing grief during the holidays. The best thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones is be there for each other, don’t shy away from talking about your loved one who’s passed and allow yourself to feel whatever it is you may end up feeling. It’s never easy but I feel as though you two being wonderful supports to each other is massively important to dealing with grief. Allow yourself to feel and do whatever ends up feeling right for you during the holidays and I commend you for sharing your story and emotions even if briefly in the vlog. Looking forward to the rest of vlogmas and hope you continue to find love and comfort along the way ❤️❤️❤️

Often in the car, when a Sara bareilles song breaks through the speakers. Thanksgiving was hard, Christmas will be harder....
