This rug came in a few weeks ago and was contaminated with mold from a house flood.

Dude,put the cord over your shoulder when using the machine..and show before and after shots of the rugs please ?

I was about to suggest the same thing.

Might I suggest you get an overhead electrical reel installed? This way, you can pull down the exact amount of cord you need so you don't need to worry about managing your trailing extension cord as you run.

Was watching you kick the electrical cable. May I suggest an over head suspension. On tracer line. Might be helpful. Help the work flow a bit.

What a gorgeous rug. I see some hecklers asking about "the back" Maybe you should do a short video on the difference between a rug like this and a walmart door mat.

With a rug like this that’s that dirty that’s the only way to truly clean it. Yeah you may get some slight shrinkage but not enough to tell. It would have been thrown away anyways and a standard truck mount clean will do more harm than good. We use our rug beater multiple times before washing

How old was the rug and how much was it worth?

What got you into cleaning rugs and how long have you been doing it ? This is this something that you always wanted to do?

Nope. Total accident. I found a Persian rug in the trash. Found out how much labor it take to make them and fell in love. I wanted to honor the people that make them.

See... That's awesome. The answer was 100% genuine and it is so pragmatic. We live in an Amazon, use and toss society. Easier to replace than repair, but you know the honor of not tossing out something simply because of a fear to do what it takes to fix something broken or imperfect. What a life lesson can be found in just doing hard work.

Hello Rug Hubb, I think the AI and the algorithm send you my way. My cituacion : inherited a persian rug from father that passed this year. It was cleaned 2019-20 pre pandemic time. When it was delivered it was inspected and folded away to keep it clean. 2.5- 3 yrs later I claim it. The issue is that it releases alot of fine red fibers. its dry clean but it releses this fine fiber. The rug is in South America, i plan to take it to the states. Whats your opinion, ,pov, any experinces that appear to be like this! thank you.

Can you really pressure wash a Persian rug like that without damaging it?
@IrishThreeFour10 ай бұрын
No. Plus cleaning these wool rugs like this will shrink them. Unless you have dogs pissing all over your rugs, this method of cleaning is way too harsh.
