Frogfruit!
Phyla nodiflora is a little ground cover "weed" that isn't used much in the USA, but I find it to be an amazing medicinal herb and share some of my clinical experiences with it here.

Going to replace our yard grass with this gem. Also gonna try it on my dad's chronic skin conditions,but using coconut oil instead of alcohol. Ty for the informative video!💖

Thanks much appreciated - about to make a tincture myself. I found this in vernonia and am going to make tinctures. Wonder if 95% ethanol would be better than 70% as a solvent

Thank you; I've never heard of this herb before and get that it would be beneficial. Frog fruit doesn't grow here and I can't find it online. Where can I purchase a preparation of it, preferably in glycerite (non-alcohol) form?

So you don’t think it works as a laxative but more of a prokinetic?

I would like to find that plant. I deal with constipation from the opioid I take.

Cleanse to Heal by Anthony William. I love these videos but after changing my diet up to more whole foods, I will never need another plant to help w constipation because I consume so many plants! Lemon water 32 oz and celery juice start w 4 oz and work up to 32oz every morning (leave 15-30 minutes between them) and it may clear up your problem overnight. By the time I juice my celery and clean the juicer my 15-20 minutes is up.

@@Juicing369 thanks Cindy for sharing that. I don't have a juicer but I do have a VitaMix. It will break the celery down but it will contain all the pulp. Will that work?

@@ranjanty Get a cheese cloth and strain it. For the medicinal purposes it needs the fiber out. However celery is still a good veggies for dipping and such. Make sure you're close by the toilet (drink it early in the morning) because most people find it works fast. Eventually maybe you'd like to invest in a good juicer. I use the MM900 by Omega juicers as I juice 32 oz and didn't have the fortitude to squeeze it all out in a cheese cloth. Lol. Best wishes!
