To people with anxiety : close your eyes, listen deeply to the sound of rain, breath in count to 5 , breath out count to five, do this as many times until you are calm or a sleep. Don't forget your are not alone, you are loved and you are special. I love you

Good night every one may your dreams be filled with peace and joy. Thanks for the bueatiful rain sounds. I lost my Grandma at 3 in the morning yesterday. Its really hard on me and the rest of the family. I know shes resting in heven where she belongs safe and with her family. But its hard to be with out my rock. She was allways there just wish i gave more then i took. RIP GG.
