They do that because in the wild you have to get as much as you can before another animals gets it. He will learn to not do that as he gets older and understand that there will be enough for everyone

no just give the cat some time to understand theres enough for everyone, by letting it eat in peace instead of punishing it for following the instincts of food protectiveness which may just drive them deeper into it due to insecurities you inflicted through punishment

@Pepe Baiter there is no better way to teach animals than doing it with food and treat manipulation. works wonders when the animal realizes it needs to do...or not do a certain thing to eat or get treats. positive reinforcement. not saying to starve a pet but usually in my case training dogs. when feeding time comes u simply make them wait a few minutes and engage them to learn new tricks for the expected reward. never ever punish animals physically...ever there simply isn't any excuse for doing that to any animal.

Am I the only one who watches this video and is like 'I don't like that Orange cat!' I know it's a natural thing to assert dominance, and more than that it's a very effective survival tactic as that food aggression can be the difference between life and death out in the wild. But that said, the human in me that wants everything to be fair, kind and equal just can't stand it. Especially when you see the other black and white kitten too scared to even eat although it's undoubtedly hungry.

I don't understand what's cute about this cat ENFORCING is DOMINANCE AGAINST other cats...US yes...but other kittens? How is letting this cat think being aggressive allows you to eat more then the other kittens an cat's....IF that big cat had done this to it you would intervene immediately...But. Correct me if I'm wrong....This kitten will become A big cat in due time AN kittens trying to eat with it...Then it will think is okay to hurt those kittens....YALL have to be smarter pet owners. EVERYTHING IS NOT CUTE.

Everyone complaining need to realize, this kitten is doing absolutely nothing wrong! Cats assert dominance! That's what they do! From house cats to lions and tigers. It's in their blood. It's normal feline nature.

This is so unbelievable cute how sweet Ginger kitty, sweet Orange white cat and sweet white kitty are eating together. So nice and heartwarming to see. NOT CUTE NOT FUNNY when you KNOW the orange kitten is vicious and angry will attack the others, by you NOT separating the one mad angry kitten is evil on your behalf. Only until AFTER, AFTER, orange kitten leaves his plate, and after orange belly full, is when you added extra plate, more food... We can see you move the other kitten CLOSER to the angry kitten, when it was just fine where it was already at, already eating, but you just had to entice them to fight by jus having to move closer together while eating. This is NOT good, NO way will I watch your videos ever again..
