I tuned the G String on the cello to 100 hertz. The typical cello G string is tuned to 98 hz. The cello C string (the lowest string) is typically tuned to 65.4 hz, but for this piece I tuned down (scordatura) to 49 hz. This whole piece is only using the frequencies, from 49-100hz. This piece is only designed for certain people who love the bass sound. In some circles, some believe sounds 100 hz and lower have the most calming effect.
For best results, listen with good speakers or quality headphones and at low volume. I added a constant, pure cello binaural effect that you may enjoy.

No idea why, but I'm really getting some Norse feel from this. Like someone has just arrived on the shores of Hellheim, with its grey sky and rotting wooden ships. It's peaceful yet foreboding and terrifying all at the same time.

Day 24: We were lost at sea. The ship had barely held up from the storm. We now had entered a very foggy expanse. Ice scraped the sides of the boat as the tired rowers pushed on. We had ran low on food, and very low on water. If we did not find land soon, we would all die, the ship floating, either to be sunk, or land spin the shore we never could reach. I might not be able to continue writing, I have not been able to sleep, as crows circled our boat. The optimist among us believe that it’s a sign that Odin is guiding us. The rest have given up hope and accepted we would never return.

Through the 1200 watt stereo I have hooked to my laptop/TVs this was a skeletal-muscle melting tone scape fit for extreme relaxation therapy... exactly what I needed. Sad? Low and slow but, I certainly don't feel sad. I feel the embrace of my dance partner as we ever so slowly move one miniscule sliding step across the brilliant, exquisitely polished wood floor. The rumble reverberates across the floor and ever so slowly, in time with the music moves up my body so that my breath mirrors the rise and fall of the music. Mr. Montana, your musicality could not be more superb. Your every movement of bow to string and the careful steady precision of fingers to strings does not just coax the sound from your Cello, it liberates it. That, my friend, is true artistry. There are two instruments that require more than technical perfection to bring them alive. The Cello and the French Horn. I have heard both in my life. Your Cello brings it to the starving masses for free... unfortunately, my praise will have to suffice as it is all I have to give. My pursuit of the French Horn continues. Thank you again for all that you do, to make the world a kinder, gentler, more miraculous place in which to live.🎉

I feel like its explaining sorrow feelings, of forestry. It really makes like the moving fog appear, the silence constantly being broken by winds and yelps from animals. I kinda feel like its a giant beast lurking in the woods, stalking everything. Just waiting for someone. Roaring in the distant, so faint you can barely hear, but definitely feel the chills.

As a sailor, I sometimes take my smaller boat out for a night sail alone, Raised the sale, and pushed it off the beach. Flying along when all of a sudden I heard music like this, coming from everywhere. I could feel it. I panic and dump the wind and come to a steady sail and the song goes away. I quickly make it back to the beach. I was super spooked. woke up my uncle who has been a sailor his whole life and asked him where the music was coming from. Apparently if you dont lock in the main sail correctly, it will cause all 4 side stays to loosten, and during fast sailing they will vibrate like the chello strings. For sure thought shit was haunted for a solid 45 minutes racing back to the beach.

Are you selling the high quality .wav of this, or just an mp3? Can't tell from your store page.

it's the mp3...for 3.99. Storing the .wav file on dropbox would fill up my hard drive.
