Growing up I had a lot of people throwing the use of drugs at my feet from the neighborhood I grew up,jhs,shs,uni but I didn’t try any was called names and all “jon boy,Mama ba and co just because of one advice my mum gave me “if you start doing drugs you won’t finish it until it finishes you” and now I am very proud of myself

She needs people to be around her during that process. Breaking away from addiction is a difficult part of a person's life. Being addicted is so intense, but people won't understand her if you're not in her shoes. She needs people around to be encouraging her in the process. Thing with addiction is she knows it isn't good but you can't stop. It isn't just about being telling her to stop, just get her family around her. It's never about mindset, it's encouraging her!!!

They going about rehab the wrong way. When you take someone to rehab the first two weeks will be the worst time for the addict because they have withdrawals. It is normal for the woman to have the urge to want to smoke again. They have to restrain her at the rehab for the first two weeks and security needs to block her from leaving. She’ll sweat and have other symptoms. When a person is sent to rehab, the helper also has to be in a certain mindset.

It’s not her fault in some way,it’s literally a cold turkey experience, in these European countries, they give the addict a substitute drug when ever they experience that feeling, it like trying to stop a car at once, it’s not possible, it’s little by little, they must let her know there is a sub drug which can cure the cold Turkey, that’s the most important
