Friends, be sure to try this recipe as it turns out to be very delicious. The spices I add not only give the dish flavor, but also have beneficial properties for weight loss.
Ingredients:
- 700 grams of chicken breast
- 300 grams of fettuccine (wheat flour noodles)
- 1 onion
- 10 grams of clarified butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 300 grams of fresh sliced mushrooms
- 300 grams of cream (20% fat)
- 50 grams of milk
- 100-200 grams of grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- Garlic pepper, turmeric, curry (very helpful for weight loss), to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain in a colander to remove excess water.
2. In a large skillet, heat the butter and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté them until they become tender and golden.
3. Add the onion to the skillet and sauté.
3. Add the garlic and spices to the skillet.
4. Reduce the heat and add the cream and milk to the skillet with the mushrooms. Heat the mixture, stirring, until the cream is heated through.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese is completely melted and a smooth sauce is formed.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the sauce and gently toss to coat each noodle with the sauce.
8. Serve the fettuccine immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
