Imp: suggestive finding of AMVT - Accessory Mitral Valve tissue (possible known as non obstruvtive AMVT) - of prominent linear mass extended from papillary muscle extended to AV structure - this kind of structure may cause AS due to retracted cusps during systole.. Very nice and extreme rare case.. Tq for ur sharing..
