This 12 gauge Miroku is unusual because at the time when this Miroku was made, the Miroku shotgun factory were only advertising and offering Skeet/Trap and Field shotguns. #mirokushotgun
We have dated this Miroku to be from 1972. As we have said in previous videos, Miroku do not mark their shotguns with a model name. After doing our research we believe it to be a Miroku 800, Miroku 3800. This can be used for 12 gauge shotgun clay shooting. #clayshooting
We believe this 12 bore shotgun was custom made from the factory for someone who specified that they wanted a Miroku Sporter. #12boreshotgun

Although this Miroku does not a traditional looking sporting forend, it is a traditional sporting forend width. You will also find a sporting rib on this shotgun. #12gauge
This Miroku 12 gauge has a skeet stock, and we have measured the chokes to be 3/4 on the top and Half in the bottom barrels. #miroku800
This 12 bore shotgun features a coin finish action, which is the Miroku type 2 action.
There is also flat top chequering, and a gloss finished, higher quality stock, which makes this Miroku sporter a Diamond Grade.
