Like most streamers in eft. I have a feeling that cheating is part of this game. I don't see bsg do something about it

@BreakingBad13 I had the same thought. No one who's played Tarkov for more than five minutes is ever as casual as this dude was, especially in Labs. Also, the selective looting is hella sketchy, not to mention the marked room bs.

I stopped playing because it seems like the cheaters come in waves if you know what I mean. I can't tell if I hate that they know where you are more than having an aimbot.

Except its infested and BSG doesn't really ban players often. If you don't blatantly cheat you never get banned, blatant cheaters get to cheat for around 2-4 weeks before getting banned, non blatant can go multiple wipes without a ban, horrible anti cheat, poorly coded game and not a single care given by BSG. There's a reason SPT is getting more and more popular, people love the game but don't wanna get tapped every second or third game by a cheater.

@@user-vl2ib4lb6x the problem with Tarkov is some of the cheats are near impossible to detect I know a cheating company or whatever was raided on July 22 2022 by south Korean government but the problem is most good cheats go for 5-20 bucks for a 3 day long key and the cheat cleans the pc of the files so there's no files on his pc that show the cheats the only thing that can be detected by the anti-cheat is the injected cheat but the second the game is closed there is no evidence of the cheat other than his gameplay which would have to be recorded or clipped by the cheater himself and with how the game was created and the type of game it is makes it very hard to detect a cheap but good coded cheat.

He does look though. Through walls before he ever makes it to the corners.

I have 186m spent at lvl 43, but that's cause i scav lexos a lot at, with 12 karma, which means lots of gingy keychains and keys that sell to vendors.

Came here to say that as a level 12, I have 34m to Rapist. I scav. Alot. I'm dogwater at the game and playing as a pmc frustrates me, but having max scav karma and running a scav every 5-7m is great because it's stress free.

all top tarkov streamers cheat in some way.. most do it to get exciting content and just get in as much pvp as possible. They just position themselves on the map to get a lot of action and if they are questing and trying to live they can avoid easy and live, loot in the open always, etc.

cheaters defend other cheaters

The cheating problem has gone unchecked for so long the amount of people cheating would shock you. Also, bsg makes a killing off banning cheaters. they just buy and come back. It doesn't fix anything.

When a game is infested with cheaters, people are quick to blame cheats when something is awry or doesn't look right. Some may not actually cheat nd when they get targeted, they defend themselves. We only know the tip of the nice berg of idiots who stream and post their videos of them cheating. Imagine the rest we don't know who are silent and keep to themselves??

It's safe to assume 90% of people defending them are they themself cheaters.

It is good to expect a high burden of proof for the accused.

I think theres just a lot of losers who can't hack it in this game

Ten days late to this but I've noticed it too. Also another thing cheaters, hackers, buyers etc always do is they are weirdly OVERLY charitable, like if you and your friends were playing and one of you is like "Okay I want to use all the rest of this dorms 314, see what I can get in eight runs" and you guys agree to cover him, go first to die so he can survive etc, then he should get all the loot, sure he might share some if he gets two of the same thing or doesn't need another docs case or whatever, but like this guy he just casually hands out half of the shit he finds to his buddy like it's the price of his silence! Combined with the slow looting, it's like they want to project that they are just an average guy who is getting so lucky he's nobody special, he's no lvndmark or anything, except the illusion is shattered as other people pointed out when they have over 600 kills but are only level 27 because all they do is hunt players and loot down using their cheats LOL.

We gamers have absolutely no problem calling out bullshit from others during a game no matter if they are friends we know irl or just game with daily, or if it's just randoms on our own team or the opposite team. If something doesn't seem right that shit will be pointed out and players will get harshly checked on the spot. The yes man shit didn't smell right with me. I would give it a pass if he was a freshy and the cheater was teaching him how to play, however it's pretty clear to all of us the duo partner is not a freshy. I smell either a knower that is cheating by association, or 2 cheaters in a duo and the other guy is just better at covering that fact over the comms. The first can be proven true or false with time if we have more video from these 2 communicating in-game. The second can't be proven without gameplay from the duo partner.

Yeah, he 100% knew that solo was in the power switch room but had no idea how to deal with him or handle the situation. If he was a smart cheater, he would have just ignored him and moved on toward the back side of the building toward ZB-1012. The guy in the power room would have probably moved on the opposite way toward the fortress to extract. But, he was feeling over confident of his "amazing skills" so wanted to show off more.

i mean.. tarkov wiggle said 1/3 is cheaters. ive known ppl in my discord who cheat and they said 1/4 raids would have another cheater too, and some ppl are 50+ KD. He said BSG removed the ability to see KD of other players now, so they just see wiggle

It's not been well documented, a few youtube videos and reddit posts lacking evidence or a clear sample size(yes ive seen the wiggle video, but we weren't able to see all raids, on which maps, around which time of the day they were played etc). Now after the event is over there are way less players playing, but also seem to be way less cheaters playing. I probably don't notice all the cheaters because i'm able to kill people only using esp sometimes, and some will avoid pvp and go for the loot. But what i do notice is that out of 6 raids a day, i average 1 sus/obvious death raid, again there might be more, but to say there are more cheaters than legit players is quite a stretch. I have also seen quite a few cheaters during the zriachiy event, they were out in full force, but not so much now

lmao so true, in all my time playing tarkov I've never once stared at a wall like this because I heard a sound, ESPECIALLY in labs.

It's funny, that is one of the FEW things that I would personally defend if I was doing a genuine "no bias" review. I sometimes look at walls when I hear shit cuz it helps me pinpoint the location with my surround sound headset. Sometimes I even look away or sway my view left and right of where I'm hearing the sound so I can better identify where exactly it's coming from.

Don't know whats funnier, the fact that someone who doesn't stream gets to label people who are and who are not streamers or the fact that they themselves are too much of a coward to do it , so when you say something off kilter you dont want to be held responsible or is another EFT cheater 😂

I dont think you can compare cheaters in Arena and in "real Tarkov", as the reasons to cheat are very different between these two modes. BSG uses alot of the same anti-cheat systems as FPS arena based games and the cheating prevalence will most likely be the same as in those games

That's my point. Also, a lot of people couldn't care less about Arena. It's going to be looked at as a practice mode at best. If people want Arena, they'll just play CoD or something else that actually does it well, not some half baked beta game infested with cheaters.😂

No one is ahead of them in the genre they produce. Gaming has sucked all around since about 2015 if we're being honest, especially for PVP though. Everything that has potential, like Tarkov, ends up being a spark and no fire. Companies nowadays focus on a revolving door of kids with mommy's credit card to fund their games instead of a loyal fanbase. Due to that, they could care less about making good games. They just throw out something similar to the current trend and hope it sticks. You see this all the time with early access games. They get their money and move on. Tarkov will likely be the same as soon as Arena hype dies down. It's actually surprising they're still here at all given current worldly events.😂

To be fair, I run the similar load out now and then, the recoil on that build is extremely minimal with that loud comp/choke combo. It’s hardly noticeable and extremely easy to control.

I just passed 1k raids with 74% survived and I have like 2600 kills, it depends on how many PMCs he has killed, I have only 284 kills this wipe but I'm not just throwing myself at people, mostly just been running streets and looting abandoned factory marked room while I do daily tasks With the way this guy is playing he shouldn't really have that many player kills, especially with 37% survived

That makes a ton of sense but you know good ol' BSG probably couldnt be bothered to code that in, and even then if they did it would probably make the game run worse somehow

What you are talking about is called JIT or "Just in time". Currently tarkov uses lazy loading which is slow has a significant server load on generation and just sucks in general (when it comes to like a looting system its usually used for balance so like the entire generated map or place or whatever doesn't have too much good or bad loot and its always kinda even because the server can like balance it out beforehand) but it still kinda sucks for performance and has a significant server load. The problem with implementing jit into tarkov is: first its quite a complex system that is difficult to implement that could cause a lot of problems if done poorly and knowing bsg it will probably be done poorly and second I'm guessing currently all their loot loads in at once both ground and container loot and they would have to rework that system to separate the loot pools and have them load in differently which is a lot of work

@@patrikbrtan383 one thing that is important to consider is development time, tarkov has been available for around 7 years which is a lot more time than any cod has been worked on basically ever so that kinda speaks for itself. Also such a long development period introduces its own caveats as a company or an individual work on a game (especially if its their first major project as it is with bsg) they will improve drastically over time but still have to use those systems they made years ago (when they sucked) to add new features if that makes sense. I feel like that's the case with BSG I don't think that right now they are bad devs but 7 years ago they probably were and they don't want to rework the ground layer (all the base code) that makes the game work because its a lot of work and for marginal improvements and they will most likely have to rework other systems that are laid on top of the systems they are reworking. The main problem in my opinion is that bsg keep piling on features and new mechanics on top of a broken system which will only keep introducing more and more problems. This is exactly the reason I think the cheating problem has gotten so much worse in reset years, since they keep piling more and more stuff on top of already broken stuff it introduces a lot of vonulabilities that no anticheat will be able to fix. The real problem lies in the base of the game and reworking it is way too hard and way too much work and will likely make the community mad because there will be nothing new introduced for a while if they decide to do that. This is all just speculation tho I don't know the internal workings of bsg or tarkov and this is simply in my opinion the most likely situation going on right now.
