Do ur cookies ever melt meaning the icing from heat.. I live in GA n I ship to FL and my customer stated her colors on the cookies bleed into on another.. before I ship they were fine

Have your cookies ever arrived damaged by the USPS?

I have had 2 orders arrive with one cookie broken, but it was truly my fault because I baked them too soft and I tried to "fix" them by adding more royal icing....however I do have to admit that you may experience a horrible delivery so I suggest always shipping priority because your package is insured and you may be able to claim your money as long as you can prove the value of the order inside. I've had to claim my money back twice and it was a smooth process because I had the customer paid invoice and I used priority shipping.
