Hi. I'm having to do this every couple of weeks. Bike is still under warranty so I take to the official shop for it, but is frustrating that this happens so frequently. i was wondering if it's possible to put a lock washer in between the camps to prevent them getting loose.

With this diameter, it will be difficult to find a spring washer, but you can try Loctite glue for bolts by putting it on the thread.

I only hear it when driving at 70 90 km/h. While pushing my front wheel left and right, a gap caught my attention. So the wheel wobbles a little where it stops. Hi Murad, first try to tighten the bearing, as I showed in the video for Vespa GTS. There are two camps, one at the bottom and one at the top. If the noise does not improve after tightening, you must replace both bearings. I made a video showing how to change the bearings. Especially the lower bearing. It is harder to change. But there are 2 more problems with the engine. The first one is while driving the engine, the handlebars vibrate when I let go of my left hand. The other problem is that when the engine stalls I bend over and shake the front wheel. I see emptiness. Do you think there will be a bearing problem there too?

@@Murat1982turkey Hello, first tighten the bearing clearance, and the handlebars should rotate freely. And then try to see if the problem reappears. If it still exists, the bearings may need to be replaced. But before that, grease them and remove the play from the upper nut of the steering rod.
