Same issue. Ive contacted the company multiple times for it turning off and they wanted a video which isn’t feasible. It turns off in 2mins or 2 hours! I can’t sit with a camera. Now only the light turns on and it won’t run at all

Sorry you are having so much trouble, I hope it is under warranty and you can just get it replaced.

Mine quit turning on. I left it set for days cuz I didn't have time to mess with it. I tried it again and it's coming on now, but it won't steam

I guess every now and then there's going to be a lemon in a batch of products, hopefully you can get it replaced under warranty.

I had it for a couple of days. Now when I hit the power button, it didn’t work. Do you know why?

I don't know why but maybe unplugging it and letting it sit a bit might help. The buttons are touch capacitive, make sure you have dry hands for the best results.

Good thing Amazon makes returns so easy. I guess when you mass produce a product there will be failures and it is possible you were the unlucky one. Sorry I'm not sure if there's a way to do anything else thst would help.
