Honestly, I do not see them getting along. Just imagine how awful it would be to live with Amumu's curse and then meet someone who actively aspires towards a similar state. She lacks any sympathy or empathy, so would probably quickly become fed up with the fact that he is not glorifying in his misery the way she does. It would be like someone who really wants to be Batman saying how jealous they are to someone who traumatically lost their parents and remains distraught about it. The latter would feel the former is rubbing salt in their deepest wound, and the former would be disappointed that the latter was not acting gruff and cool. At least, that is how I imagine it, sorry if I am just lowering the mood of your very positive comment :)

I do agree, as time goes by Amumu could get fed up, but imo I don't think he'd abandon the friendship all together

@@damoncook7180 You are right, a big part of Amumu's character is that desperation, so he would be less likely to push her away than I implied. Vex might be the one to abandon him in the end, if she becomes disillusioned with his non-edgy response to constant misery, or if her presence actually does improve him and he starts being happier, which would detract from the very thing drawing her to him.

I think because she’s been tainted by the black mist and Viego is the one who controls the black mist so metaphorically he’s the father of the black mist and all who it touches, making him the “father” of vex but not the actual birth father.

It's entirely up to the viewer to decide if she's depressed or not, because really, only the exhaustion really indicates that. They never say it, nor do they mock her persona, so I don't believe they're responsible for our interpretations.
