Every August, eight VFI publicans in Listowel, Kerry, come together to organise the Revival Festival, a one-day event that attracts over 2,500 people to the town square. In an era when pubs in rural towns are fighting to survive, Revival is a great example of how publicans can join forces to run events that benefit an entire town. Revival is one of the biggest nights of the year in Kerry.
