@@coolmonkey5269 spl subs are used for car audio, and at the same time, in home audio. Actually, car subwoofers have different performance according to drivers used, tuning and taste of the customers. For example, subs like sony xplod, jbl 1000,1300,1500 and same like sub delivers loud boomy bass. Like some sort of ship horn. Loud enough to get attention of far away people.Also have hard hitting bass. Same thing goes with tower speakers and majority of the systems like that from sony, zebronics, boat, mivi, govo, f&d, flowbeats, cemex like brands. Why i mentioned sony with these smaller brands is because, the only system from sony which has decent deep bass performance is the srs d9/d8. Others, even if it's their flagship active sub, like the sw 5,has that annoying loud booming bass. So, it's pointless to think sony systems have deep bass performance. Back to the topic. So, in car audio, brutal lows are only pronounced by that type of Subs with fat cone and higher xmax. Sundown subs are a very good example. Such type of subs can also be used for home audio, but there are spl subs which are dedicatedly made for home use, like the svs ported subs. No fat cone but does the purpose. Same tone or close to it can be felt from Logitech THX systems. Not the loudness, but the tone of the lows. Both the z906 and z623 can get low down to 25hz. But should be on it's sweetspot. Z906 deliver the lows with more pressure than z623. JBLs are also considered for low bass performance, but not that extraordinary like that of Logitech systems. They are more into "between sql and spl type". Their models from bar 3.1 to up, are recommended for low bass performance. Amp of these systems have great control with its subwoofer drivers, so won't allow the drivers to move more to get even lower and the long throw the bass. Being down firing, 40-60hz region are felt more heavy like slamming into your chest. Samsung, however has one or two systems having excellent low bass performance. But not as brutal as the Logitech ones. Samsung b550 and jbl bar 2.1 mk2 comes approximately under same price tag, but b550 kills the bar 2.1 when it comes to lows. Also the jbl bar 2.1 mk2 and z906 comes under same price tag. The fact is, the mk2 is nowhere close to z623(only half the price)or z906. The z623 can outperform each and every jbl soundbars upto their flagship models in lows, and the z906 can perform even better.

B550 have boosted low bass performance, which delivers more lows than the bar 2.1 deep bass mk2,and at the same time, weak mid bass performance or lowered mid bass pronounciation. Mk2 has perfect blend of both, with completely controlled upperbass. Quantity wise, you'll be getting more low bass effects from b550xl

deep bass is better... 5x cons - its older version bass _floor shaking

There's no proper 5.1 under 15k for deep bass lovers. The obage one has perfect blend of bass with mids and highs. You'll be getting accurate bass performance. Don't expect lows from it because the woofer can only reach 45/50hz.

@@g.jagadeesh9725 z906 from Logitech if you're looking for traditional 5.1 setup with insane lows like spl giant spl subs. Bar 5.1 4k from jbl if you're looking in sound bar category. Between these, the z906 got monstrous low frequency bass performance and proper surround sound effects.(but lacks modern features like latest surround sound codecs decoding, Bluetooth )
