ഇത്രയും വലിയ ഒരു പോർട്ട്‌ വരുമ്പോൾ ശെരിക്കും നമുക്ക് ഒരു Express highway ആവിശ്യമല്ലേ ശെരിക്കും. ഇവിടെ വരുന്ന കാർഗോ മറ്റ് States ലേക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള നമ്മുടെ NH ലൂടെ ആണ്‌ പോകുന്നതെങ്കിൽ അത്‌ വലിയ ഒരു ട്രാഫിക് പ്രോബ്ലം ഉണ്ടാകില്ലേ event four line complete ആയാൽപോലും. Four line സത്യത്തിൽ നമ്മുടെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ട്രാഫിക് പ്രശ്നം മാത്രം ആണ്‌ ഉപകാരപ്പെടുക അതിലേക്കു ചരക്കുഗതാഗതം കൂടി വന്നാൽ വീണ്ടും പഴയ അവസ്ഥ ആവില്ലേ. അങ്ങനെ വന്നാൽ ഈ four line ന്റെ പ്രയോജനം നമ്മൾ കേരളത്തിലെ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക്‌ പൂർണ്ണ അർത്ഥത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുമോ. അതി പരിഹരിക്കാൻ ഒരു express highway വരുന്നതാവില്ലേ നല്ലത്.

ഈ പോർട്ടിന്റെ ബനിഫിറ്റ് മൊത്തവും തമിഴ് നാട് കൊണ്ടു് പോകും അതാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ കാണ്ന്നത്, കാരണം ഔട്ടർ റിംഗ് റോഡിന്റെ യും NH 744 റോഡിന്റെയും ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി എല്ലാവരുടെയും പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങി വച്ചിറ്റ് 14 മാസമായി ഇതുവരെ കേരള ഗവണ്മെന്റ് അനങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല, എന്നാൽ ഒരു പൈസ പോലും ചിലവ് കേരളാ ഗവണ്മെറ്റിനു വരാത്ത റോഡ് ആണ് NH744 കടമ്പാട്ടുകോണം ചെങ്കോട്ടറോഡ്, അതിനു പോലും കേരളാ ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഉത്തരവ്റക്കിയിട്ടില്ല ഇതൊക്കെ ദയനീയമാണ് അല്ലാതെന്തുപറയാൻ

Please visit Dubai Port, multiple times before your operation. Indian exports very tough procedures like GST reclaim and Ad code and port procedure. Very easy to export from China even a Baby 👶 GTS reclaim takes more than 3 to 6 months. if you buy 1cr rupees products from India, the GST amount will hold at least 18lac, how a person can buy from India by holding money for 6 months, such as No tax issues if you buy from China No proper logistics company just like in Dubai. A lot of Indias are operating logistics in Jafza but they can not operate in India 🇮🇳 but they provide services from all countries except India I am working As an int. We have already built a good port with 12 + draft, near to international shipping line, but not used well for activities. Cores of state govt. rupees spend. For years lying without generating any revenue in par with the investment. --- It is non other than Kollam Port 70 + km near to vizhijam. - when will we see activities as we see in port cities aroun the world.

Only those with a skillset can get a job in the port. If you are educated and trained in that field, you can also get a job there. People from locality have first preference. The problem is that a lot of people don't have the skill required for the job. Also, the main job creation is indirect jobs. Not direct jobs.

അനിയനെ വിഴിഞ്ഞം പോർട്ട്‌ MD യുടെ ഉപദേശകൻ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ Chief MD ആക്കണം. ദിവ്യ IAS ന് വിവരം കുറവാണ്. പക്ഷെ, Nederlands മുഴുവൻ land reclaim ചെയ്ത് ഉണ്ടായതല്ല, അറിവുള്ള അനിയാ. Nederlands നെ പോലെ സിങ്കപ്പൂരും മറ്റ് രാജ്യങ്ങലും land reclaim ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. അത് മനസ്സിലാക്കാനാണോ Nederlands ൽ പോയത്?
