With the itb cb7 now at my house I’m hoping I can start getting content to the channel more consistently and I’m gonna do my best to upload every Friday!
Not too much crazy progress on the car but I finally got the bungs welded in the valve cover which allows me to get my catch can installed and connected. I took care of a lot of little leaks around the engine. And finally got the exhaust leak all sealed up..... hoping it doesn’t blow out again. I am still a couple weeks away from making some real progress on project STELLA while I’m getting my funds back up and waiting for something to be made!......

Excited to see the dyno vid. I have a similar setup, F23a5 block with stock f22a6 head just milled and everything is rebuilt with just a h23 intake mani and a header, haven’t tuned it or taken to the dyno since i’m building a track b16a ef and this is my daily but yeah, basic setup on my cd7 but i want to see what a built one will do!

So jelly bro, not sure if you remember my comment from your last vid but my cyl head finally came in and one of the valves was just plain the wrong valve... stem was to long so it would never close... so now I’m back to waiting for a cyl head haha

Any long term review on that catch can? I Wan to put the same one in an with fittings in the valve cover. Any oil film around the can on the outside or surrounding areas?

www.amazon.com/dp/B01J53SWAW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_-pQ2FbQ1NDNQV Remflex 8053 "OBX" style header flange gasket if yours is the flat flange type. If you haven't moved that O2 sensor from the runner to somewhere further downstream after the final header collector, do it ASAP to get a correct AFR sampling from all four cylinders averaged vs that single cylinder.

Hey Jaay super awesome detailed build! Repping the SOHC!!! I have a sohc valve cover catch can vent photo to show you we welded a channel to VC & added single -12 to end to custom tank behind headlight on an EG. I'll try dig up pic on my phone.

Remflex 8053 "OBX" style header flange gasket for the flat two hole style flange. Two per package. www.amazon.com/dp/B01J53SWAW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_-pQ2FbQ1NDNQV DC and many JDM headers use the factory fire ring type gaskets.
