@@tezzah2222 I don't think any woman would put this anywhere near their sensitive bits.. unless it had a silicon sleeve/padding for the end/tip. Even with that, it's still probably just too much to handle for 99.9999% of women. I wont lie though, I had the same thought lol.

Parabéns. Vídeo excelente. Excelente explicação. Vai ajuda muito os pedreiros, autônomo . Na hora de concretar pilar e vigas Dando um acabamento perfeito . Mais aderência do concreto ,no ferro. Na massa do concreto é bom de usar rebotec. Pois ajuda muito na impermeabilização do concreto,contra umidade do solo.. Obrs usamos o rebotec na massa. Ficou perfeito. Não passa umidade na viga. Vale apena comprar.

@@pro__moto5403 Прям знал, что найду такой комментарий. С заказчиком(девкой) шлялись по строймаркету, она такая: А что это и зачем? Ну я возьми и ляпни про погружные вибраторы. Стоит, мордашка красная. А стяжку вибрировать будет надо и фундамент под хозпостройки тоже. И спросил: держала в руках такой? Пользоваться умеешь?

Very Ingenious and Cool. Apart from the lathe, you made it with all the tools the everyday man would own (welder inc). I would love to have a lathe and milling machine, but don't have the space, nor the funds, to do so. I have subscribed to your channel for 2 reasons. 1, You made something very useful and cool and 2, you more or less made it with the tools I own. Thank You ! :-)

If you ever find the space and money - get a mill first! It's very easy to do basic lathe work on a mill but much harder to do basic mill work on a lathe in my experience.

verry cool idea aspecially the metal cable in the hydraulic / gas hose part , never considered that , the welds on the vibrator shell needs to be watertight as any concrete water manage to get in there it will lock the thing up solid

Nice build! It has one big advantage over factory units: you can control the speed and with that the intensity of the vibration. Can be useful if you have to be careful not to demolish the concrete form.

Great idea and build! Very functional. I'm confused on one part, why at 1:15 did you weld on the threaded half nipple to the pipe? Why did you not just cut the pipe that much longer and thread the end? Did I miss something? Thanks!

Nice build. I've got an old Porter Cable belt sander that I'm going to modify and build into one of those sanders. It's such a great tool. I'm currently building a small version of a concrete vibrator for small moulds - sculpture and restoring vintage stairs with complex forms/tight spaces. Too many DIYers and even contractors skip that part of the process, and things fail after a new upper Midwest winters because of it. My neighbor spent $5K on a new set of front steps, which already have cracks and failures. It was totally avoidable. Sad.

Good. But two points need to be done differently. Place the cable mounting screws on the thread retainer. Use a dense lubricant for the cable.

En respuesta, Alberto Aguilar Es, para cuando tu construyes, el cemento puede quedar con bolsas de aire, esto hace que el cemento quede conpacto. Y eso se consigue con la vibracion. Si te fijas el hizo la demostración en agua y debería haber sido en cemento. Esto, en la práctica le sirve a o los maestros. Tienes, mis respeto. I suggest the drilling machine producer to provide three threaded holes at the "nozzle". Many functions could be attached to them as this vibrator shows as an example. The vibrator trunk holder could be bolted to the holes. This feature is to prevent the whole vibrator to loose and to avoid pressure to the machine's 'nozzle' bearing that forced by that vibrator's holder. To me it's risk to hold an axial force by a radial holder since the concrete would pull the vibrator. This extra feature would enhances the machine's reputation and perhaps its price.

You earned the subscribe! Awesome to watch this build. I'm wanting to make a walk behind compactor in the next year or two. Jack hammer too... so I don't think I'd use a jumping jack tamper/compactor though the thought has crossed my mind. Completely different... though this vibrator is more like the walk behind plate compactor. Really neat to see this design and construction. Thanks for sharing!

One thing missing: pouring a Sample Concrete piece, and using the Vibrator, to "Get the Air Out", showing how well it works! Having used Cement Vibrators, I know the Commercial ones work great, but, how does this idea compare? We used them in a couple sizes on our crew, doing Retaining Walls, on the Railway, with motors like 1/2 HP, to 1 HP, and Flex Drives, of 12 Feet to 18 Feet! I never took one apart, nor saw any Repair Manual for one, though! So, it's hard to tell how this would compare!
