He does not care about aka. Vic is just frustrated with the fact that he speaks about the place where he came from like it's a video game, real lives get affected. People like Aka(government,news outlets,blogs) make fun of these cases that happen when it's really his brothers out their dying. Vic just wants to see a better today/tomorrow.

Is Chicago going thru things, yes but if you are not from it don't speak on it because you really don't know it all, all you know is what the media tells you. Vic is dope, but does he expect people to just ignore the gang violence going on in his city? Chicago kids are killing each other over dumb gang shit and posting about it on social media. They hold guns up to the camera and say who they're beefing with, who they want to kill, and make songs about it. Akademiks simply reported this ignorance, and Vic is still pissed.
