Another GTA Vice City mod as you can see from the title. The entire town has been infected and the whole population has turned to mindless zombies. You are the last and only survivor left in this cold town left with nothing but undead roaming around.
Your only objective in this mod is to survive the zombie apocalypse and after a couple of minutes, leader zombies will appear carrying deadly arsenals to take you down. The weather is always foggy and the time is always midnight. No drivable vehicles are available all around the town. The only vehicles that appear are left isolated in the streets are service vehicles which stays locked all the time, meaning that this is no longer GTA (because you can't drive in this mod) Also the only vehicle that appear operating is the VCPD Police Maverick which explodes shortly after deploying a surviving SWAT officer in Fort Baxter.
