The price mostly depends on how baller you want your room to be. 4000 gets you a studio. Then ot goes to different size 1 and 2 bedrooms. I think it said the baller 2 bedroom is like 7500. They clean your room like maid service. You got a kitchen, balcony, washer and dryer in every unit etc. Lots of people can afford this but the wait list of what makes it tough. I'm sure there are plenty of rich people that buy their way up the line too lol.
