Met him at an autograph session in 2002 at a Best Buy. RVD was nothing but a class act. He was having a blast with all the fans, answering all their questions, taking all kinds of pics, and he even singed a chair. It was an amazing experience.

i use to work at Newark NJ airport I would start work at 6am I would catch the bus from my hood to the airport at 4am when I got the the airport I went thru check point and went to food court I saw RVD sitting there by himself lol I said yo u rvd right... he said yes mam I asked for and autograph.... he signed RVD on a napkin. 5:13am Newark airport yr 2006

RVD was one of my favorite wrestlers growing up in the late 90's/early 00's. It's a shame that WWE didn't give him another run with the Championship but I'm glad to see he's in pretty good shape and not broke/addicted like so many former wrestlers are. One of a kind!

Dude is truly an amazing person. I was such a huge fan of him growing up. My younger brother and I used to pretend to be wrestlers on the trampoline, and alot of the times I would be RVD and hit em with a 5star frog splash. Even the NFL is no longer punishing players for smoking. This man is awesome and my new hero! He seems so genuine too like I wanna sit down and rip a bowl with him. His ending remark is so true too, people try to make you feel guilty and wrong when you're not hurting anyone.

Props to this guy. As someone being trained in medicine, I'm 100% behind full legalization. I want people to have other options for pain management and open up opportunities for good research to be done. Most of all, giving rural communities a crop they can produce and sell for a good profit.

I grew up on this dude , wwe will never be the same like the early 2000's . my first wwe game was on nintendo 64 and i had every smackdown vs raw or wwe game on ps2 and those were the best times of my life as a kid not to mention watching monday night raw and smackdown every week and talking about it at school.

I met him once at the first ever live tna show in michigan. I got there alittle early and was walking around the inside and ending up seeing him. Had a conversation. He was by far one of the coolest people I ever got to meet.

I remember asking my dad as a 13 yr old if he could order me that PPV when he won the WWE championship. I couldn't believe he beat John Cena who was at the top!!! Also remember that rey mysterio match and being put through the table. Lots of classics without that much blood
