Great video! Thank you so much for diving through all the numbers for us! In my opinion both companies are great and it highly depends on the current situation of the investor. But you definitely can’t go „wrong“ with either of them. Edit (if you want some feedback, else skip): It would have been great if you would have highlighted some of the properties both companies have in their portfolio. Ceasars is definitely a sight to behold and underlines how unique Vici really is as a REIT. On the other side highlighting O property would have shown how often people actually encounter it in their daily lifes without evening knowing 😂

O 5 year dividend growth does not come close to VICI. The only thing O has on VICI is the fact that they pay monthly and have a very consistent track record. If VICI can maintain that dividend growth rate for the next few years they will build on that consistent track record.

VICI's dividend growth rate is not forecast to continue growing at that rate. It was only that good in the past because they made a ton of acquistions but now they've completed all major acquistions

"The only thing O has on Vici....," forgets to mention the fact the O is a dividend aristocrat with over 100 quarterly dividend raises. Not even on the same playing field.
