i used this beat for exercising... I don't exercise... but, i was motivated. I did.... 20 push ups 20 jumping jacks 60 seconds of the butterfly (I dont know why its called a butterfly but i do it in gym class xD) *It was a little painful* 5 mountain climbers (I know, the name is weird but i do this in gym class as well) 60 seconds of 'sitting down' toe touches 60 seconds of 'standing up' toe touches 20 'sideways' toe touches ( Where you touch one foot with the opposite hand like left foot right hand) 60 seconds of jogging in place 60 seconds of running in place *Wish me luck... im doubling it tomorrow... :(*

Ah ok, music tastes change but tbh I’m hoping mine don’t. It’s not to say that they haven’t though since yeah this is dubstep from what like 5-6 years ago and is very different from today’s high quality dubstep. I do definitely prefer new dubstep to this but similar to you I have nostalgic memories of these mixes
