One of the coolest parts of our trip to Russia was a chance to check out scale model miniatures of some classic firearms. Everything from a FG43, Suppressed AKM, 1911, Thompson and everything in between they make them. The more impressive part is that they claimed that they would fire if they made ammo for them. Well we would put them to the test. This is the final part of the 4 part series on the miniatures.

I wouldn't be surprised if they jam or malfunction. I don't know those calibre rounds would have enough power to operate the blowback to cycle the next rounds properly and consistently

No they don't :D If you penetrate objects they'll tumble but they really shouldn't tumble on the range they're made for. Only on ranges out of effective reach will it start to tumble and that's true for all rifled barrels.

true true i had a miniature mosin and it shot the same rounds but smaller of course and i found a scope that would fit it and i mostly use it for killing rats or squirrels that try to get into my house aka digging into the walls and i live out in the middle of nowhere in mountain country so when winter hits it like a mini war i go threw with animals.

Do you need to go through the atf to use the mini ak? Is it classified as a machine gun/machine pistol? Would they classify this as a rifle because of the 'stock'?
