Going through same ordeal since 2 years. Wife Left saying im going home for few days.Now Im Fighting alimony, domestic violence cases for myself and family. She sent notices to my sister's In laws. She is having a corporate job and claiming jobless. Mentally its tough on us. Just breaks you down. No man should go through this. Indian laws are pathetic in this cases.

My friend did 7 years in Tihar for false rape case . She kept blackmailing him for money one day he said no more . She went and reported a FIR and he went in for rape and this is nothing new . Read newspaper daily these type of rape case are registered ki shadi ka jhansa deke Kiya sex .

In a dowry case the wife demands money in order to take back the case and the judge agree isn't this dowry in a legal way

TRUE STORY OF MINE - My divorce is going on and my Sinister wife officially gave a false appeal though court that her ornaments worth 15 Lakhs is still with me and I’m not returning it back. Truth is she had it taken it back all of them, when spoke to my lawyer they commented if you don’t have proof then I need to oblige to what she demanded doesn't matter whether you have it or not. Sir, any one tell me if there is a law to protect men. I'm also a person who is suffering from that women issues, she failed a case against my family as we are torchering her for money, really it is too bad to hear as that we are in her mind, actually she and her family wanted me to come out of my family and support only them as they are in financial problem , I said no, from that day they targeted my family and her mother took away her from my home without any information to me and one day I questioned them, they thought it will never workout and they kept complaint.

Mrs 498a in my case was sitting in Valsad and had sex with some random person who was a property dealer in Valsad dated 18/12/2018 and when the course of action got sour then instead of filing rape against the person who had sexual intercourse with her she filed IPC 375, 376(2)(g) and 377 against me at Valsad Mahila Police Station. Luckily for me I was able to escalate the issue with Mahila Aayog and SP district Valsad and had the complaint quashed since I was sitting 200 kilometres away from her during the course of action which the other guy was doing. Meanwhile Valsad Mahila Police Station was trying their level best to establish the fact that a man can rape a woman just by sitting 200 kilometres away. So much for good law and order in this god forsaken country.

The fact that no gender is safe in our country rn is terrifying

My aunt took more than half the property of my father because my uncle died and her father told her that my father wants to take my uncle's property and instead of having faith in my father who everyone told she should have she took half of my father's property and father said nothing he can't even shout at her while she's abuses him in front of everyone and poisoned my cousin's against me and my father and mother and grandma and grandpa. This is truth of indian society that i know. Infact in India mens rights group should be there. Still if i hate her i can't even tell her what she did was wrong and what she's doing coz my mother and father always tells me it's not my place to speak while my cousin's speak bad to my father directly on his mouth and telling him thief. And if i say something my family says don't speak or she ll again start crying or go report in police and everyone in society always take side of a women without knowing. Our family is very cultural. Before marriage whether it's a girl or boy no friends with opp sex and she herself poisoned her daughter and she got assaulted by a man who's friend of my aunt and she still sees that man and i feel very angry for this and then they both did a drama in a club a week later and police arrested them. I mean they don't live with us neither no one is chained to anyone. Everyone is free. But they do all this and many more deliberately to make us feel bad. Her daughter introduced me to her boyfriend who was double her age. I mean wtf. I told him if I see him again i LL crack open his skull. And i can't go against them or they cry and create drama and they tell everywhere how my family is torturing them and all that. This is the first time I ever shared this. I have never even shared this to my friends.

There should be laws in favor of Males to fight against such injustice. Otherwise Mens Family will suffer like this. Judiciary System should make such law to safeguard Mens and severe punishment to those who harass them.
