I think NCT (because it's from SM) will reach those popularity levels first, but Victon, SF9, Pentagon, have potential, they just need the right songs along with smart promotion and work to achieve it. P.S: I say NCT 1st because i think groups that belong to big companies have everything handled to them, promotion opportunities that small companies can't provide, great song writers + producers, and money to spend on them. So it will be almost impossible for NCT to ever flop. Just the fact they can go on music shows and promote for months straight is a sign that big companies (JYP, SM,YG) have money to spend on them. Small companies can only afford their groups to go on music shows for a couple of weeks (usually), and even so many see their stage time reduced.

Mark and TY have singlehandedly filled the good rapper hole SM had. Mark is on one of the most followed shows on TV and has been getting nothing but love and praise from the public. The ratio of male/female interest in their articles is balanced and they seem to have a high number of fanboys compared to other rookie boy groups. In terms of sales no other boy group who debuted around the same period even comes close. Their fanbase is slowly growing but that's generally how it happens when under SM. They've already had number 1s with dream and 127 has won all the rookie awards. Even the Taeyong hate has reduced cuz people are starting to realise what a load of baloney half of it was and he's a good person. Anticipate NCT U's comeback and stop spreading lies. Anyway Victon are cute and I do hope they succeed but there's no need to knock down NCT in the process.
