Victor Martinez and Markus Ruhl are the best motivations for anyone want to join the bodybuilding world, and by the way Shoulders are the secret to success in any mr olimpia thats why Jay Cutler defeated Victor ,but for me,I think Victor Martinez is the best.

I've always thought Victor and Phil's physique looked alot alike. never understood why when Phil started winning O's why Victor wasn't getting better placings cause they looked so much similar.

paul salley it's the delts, Phil's delts win him a lot of poses from the front, and since he's narrow(hence his focus on improving his shoulders) he's focusing on getting at least a "it jumps in your face" 3D effect on his back as well
