Victor is himself whenever he's with Rahim, he can say or do whatever he wants and feels like. Rahim also stood up for Victor when they skipped school together. These two people happened effortlessly! I Stan them so hard. 🥂🌈

It was several months, and she only started acting like that toward him once Victor came out to her. Benji was really supportive and patient for a while but he didn’t like being talked down to like that directly. I would rather my boyfriend stand up for the relationship in that situation-thought he was justified. Victor told him to leave after that and he did, it’s not like he was fighting her or anything.

All real relationships will hit a point where there are clashes but the ones that workout tend to be where the people involved share core values (I.e., respect for family and parents) and lived experience (I.e., having a humble background or being new at being gay). Therefore I think Rahim and Victor are more compatible. 🥰

I hope you people are aware how writing works - and that's the same shit was said about Victor and Mia. It's called parallels, the writers start conflict in the known, to entice you to see the unknown as better (the grass is greener on the other side typ-a shit) Victor and Rahim aren't real, and their relationship is based only on the fact that benji is unreasonable, when shit does get hard between them, how do you thing they'll fare?

However, Mia is back with Andrew and Victor's parents are working on staying together so they are the argument to stay with the first love so that could mean Victor ends up with Benji. Either way I just want season 3 NOW!!!

Yh and if you look at it this way he and Rahim helped each other through their situations , I get Benji wanted Victor's mother to be more accepting of him everybody comes around in their own time she just thought she fully knew here son and it was a shock to her aswell , so she needed time to process that , and when Rahim came over his personality made it easier for her to talk to victor through Rahim , the Benji character had a dark side since season 1 he lied to victor about the car license thing in that aswell , If they do stay together that will be good all relationships take work

In my opinion, Benji (this season) was really disrespectful and irritating. He was really rude to Victor's mom. And I didn't feel comfortable about that. (Personally) I'd also like to see a POC/POC romance. I feel it just makes a bit more sense. But I don't think Victor should jump into any relationship right now. But if he were to get with Rahim it should be a 'friends to lovers' kind of trope.

@@kerenmathew4485 Yeah, Benji annoyed me a lot this season. It seems like he puts his feelings first when it comes to Victor's home life after coming out to his family. The way he talked to Isabel was disrespectful and how he outed him and Victor's relationship to Adrian was also off-putting. He was making things uncomfortable at home for Victor and his family just because he felt like Isabel didn't accept him and he didn't even consider what things would be like for Victor after that. He was also so pessimistic about Isabel's growth and her trying to understand Victor, not to mention when Victor talked about how Benji doesn't get his problems because he's white and Benji completely dismissed him and didn't even try to listen to things from his point of view. Also the fact that he told Victor he wanted a break but then was upset when he saw Victor with Rahim as if he wasn't the one who said he wanted a break and that he didn't want to go to the wedding with Victor. He was overall very whiny and annoying for most of the season. Him and Victor had their cute moments for the first half of the season, yes, but they have bad communication and are a boring couple honestly. I believe that Rahim is the better option for Victor but for the storyline it makes sense if Victor ends up with Benji, especially since Benji seems to be the popular vote by fans (which is probably because he's white but that's a conversation for another time).

I also want Victor to end up with Rahim, but I think that Victor needs to work on himself first. He still has lingering feelings for Benji considering their breakup is so fresh and he also has to find out what his sexuality means to him without he and Benji's relationship. Benji was his first everything and a big reason why he came out and I feel like Victor needs to do some more self discovery as to who he is without him and what he wants his next relationship to be like. I'd rather he took some time to work on himself before he gets with Rahim rather then them getting together right away when he's still not fully over Benji. As of right now, Rahim has been used as Victor's distraction from his problems with Benji, which isn't really solid foundation to start a relationship.

the doorbell Victor rang was on a dark grey color and Rahim's front door area id all brick work and bold white trim surrounding the door. So who's door is Victor at? Hard to say and a writer from the show said they worked hard to keep any clues or hints as to who that doorbell belongs to.

@@simmerlife9936 Yes, what Victor did was a trust breaker but what Benji did was awful: first the way he talked to Victor's mom was so disrespectful (no one talks to my mom like that and believe me she's catholic and really having hard time accepting my situation but she's trying and it takes time) and then he wa like "I've been so patient with all of your stuff so redo me the favour"...yes but he never said anything to Victor so it was a shock! I can totally see Victor end up with Rahim, but not right now. Felix asked him to close his eyes and picture having all these life moments with his bf. Then he asked if there was one person where it would kill him if he didn't do those things with them. Phrased that way, I think it's way too early for Rahim to be the person Victor imagined in that scenario.

Again, I wouldn't be too upset if Victor and Benji ended up together because they're still cute, I just think that this season showed us just how many problems there are between Victor and Benji that most likely aren't going to end well for the couple. I understand that every couple has their problems, but Benji kept a huge part of his life from Victor and then got pissed at Victor when he got upset about it.

I’d say it’s more realistic for Venji to be endgame so we’ll have a chance to see how they try to work on their communication with each other and their relationship become stronger through season 3. At this point it kinda just feels like they gave up too fast.

WORD FOR WORD EXACTLY WHAT I FEEL!!!! Venji just never gave me what I really wanted. Like...this is the main ship of the show! THE couple!! And I felt so lackluster with them. Their chemistry is blah, their dynamic is blah, Benji has almost no character development (I knew Rahim better in 30 seconds than Benji in 2 entire seasons). I don't understand what the show was thinking with venji being THE SHIP because it just...LACKS. But vahim hit every single thing I was missing from venji and now I'm so invested.

I want them to get together. But i don't want it to be Rahim at the door. It isn't realistic. Victor has 2 guys to choose: Benji, his 1st bf, the first guy he liked and someone he has known for a year and dated for months. And Rahim, who he had an instantaneous connection with, but who he has known for only a few weeks. Like, i prefer them, but it's not realistic yet. But I'm 100% for this: -Vic chooses Benji -Things don't work between them and they break up -Rahim helps Victor deal with the breakup -they become closer -they start dating I think this would be more realistic and would make the relationship much more genuine

Derek had a different personality vs Benji. Benji made it clear he was in love with Victor and was really supportive at the beginning of the season. Derek was consistently a jerk to Benji, and older than Benji. Not really comparable, especially since Benji and Victor are the same age.

I can agree with that, but remembering they are 16 year old Juniors in High School for this series is important too. There’s little stability in many high school relationships as well so I’m not exactly shocked it went this way. I feel like a theme from this season is things and people are always changing. There’s no “riding off into the sunset” moments, nor are we fixed as people. We are constantly changing, molding, experiencing new feelings, thoughts, and desires.

To be fair, Benji guilt-trips Victor because Victor has issues, just like Benji, although when Benji has issues, Victor was nothing short of understanding and tried to make sense of it. Also, Benji insulted Victor's mum, outed Victor to his brother and expected Victor's mum to apologise to him when he basically came into their household and screw things up... also also, Benji doesn't acknowledge the privilege he has and expected Victor to be the same. And when he called it quit, he was surprised because... Victor was dancing with another guy?
