Spurs go from like a top 5 defense in the NBA down to like one of the worst when he’s not on the court I believe. That stat alone should be enough to justify his rightful place in the DPOY race. Put Wemby on the TWolves and Gobert on the Spurs and I guarantee you that this conversation for DPOY is over. Wemby should win DPOY. And it doesn’t make sense that team wins are a part of the convo.
