I was skeptical going into the year, thought Chet was ROTY for the first two months of the season, but Wemby is fr gonna be the goat, like I expect it now. Way too good as a rookie with the best potential ceiling in the league, and he seems to have and incredibly mature, humble, hardworking approach to the game that makes me think he's gonna gonna be a top 3 player by year 3.

Its not just his talent and size but also his likeability as a teammate that will make him the GOAT one day. People are always going to want to play with this guy because how selfless he is. Always giving teammates props and never trying to be a one man show. Its like Steph, and that really did help steph because if he wasnt that kind of teammate, no way KD goes to GS. Difference is we know already in year 1 that Wemby is capable of being an all timer, nobody knew that wuth rookie steph. I can see SA having really great free agencies again like they used to always get the right guys to fit Duncan... Cause all the best rotation guys wanted to play with him.

People really don't realize what great talent the Spurs have on their team and how well their system works. They don't need another superstar, they need to keep the focus and high usage on Wemby. He doesn't need all-stars around him cause the best move is to have him with the ball all game, every play run through him. Spurs just need the best supporting cast in the NBA that fits Victor's play style

I wish I could tell Shaq to his face that he is the reason Bol is only a bench player and not a star in this league. Big up to Pop. Many fans many pundits said before the start of the season that Wemby will be hard to stay healthy. He will get injury. The time management of Pop has been spot on. Wemby is still healthy at the end of the season.
