+Ryan Rodriguez i just changed the game files to make cuban territories start with cuba not with spain i cant tell you how to do it because i deleted the game but search in google how to change territory from another country (in this case spain) to another country (cuba)

Yes in my game i noticed cuba had a weird flag it was like black and white or something i cant remember but whatever lol
