It's insane that MTV went from being the authority on who was the next big thing in music and pop culture to having to be told who's up next. We told you months ago Victoria was it and you had to wait for the people at the Grammy's to say the same thing. It's been true for awhile but this whole saga proves just how unnecessary and unneeded MTV really is.

I can't help but to think the MTV VMAs team told Monet's team (who reached out to inquire about only the possibility of just performing at the VMAs in September) that "it wasn't her time"???? Apparently whomever said that has since received the urgently needed medical attention for hearing and vision issues. Given this clip (well done) I assume they're all better at the MTV VMAs after "hearing" the announcement about her 7 (Plural) Grammy nominations and "seeing" eeing 👀 it in industry blogs, electronic, print media (and social media). Praying this phenomenal artist sweeps all categories at the Grammys. Monet is pivotal on all levels (yet has not been jaded by the industry) and has remained grounded and humble...(rare in the entertainment and music industry these days). She is a breathe of fresh air and worlds apart from the typical mundane and expected in music. She is sheer perfection and in a word 🔥 FIRE!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
