The good people at Sea Properties (developer?) need to form an association to approach the Thai government to allow foreigners to purchase outright residences that equal or exceed $1 million dollars US. Too many who can afford to buy are very uncomfortable with the current laws which essentially allow a 25 year “lease” unless owned by a straw Thai corporation. With this in place, luxury property development could explode to the financial benefit of the Thai people. It’s a “win-win”! As for you, Ms. Victoria, thank you yet again for your work…much appreciated! Carpe Diem, and be healthy and safe! 🤘🏻🇺🇸

I love the decorum, finishes, and artwork. But, not being a golfer, this wouldn't be for me. I can definitely see how a golfer would find this home and the community a paradise. "The Mirror" workout device you were describing was called just that... "The Mirror". The company was recently acquired by Lululemon and then rebranded as "The Lululemon Studio". Then, in 2023, they stopped selling them and partnered with Peloton to make digital workout content with Lululemon branding. They will however continue to service and offer content for "The Mirror". (Hope that helps)

How do you buy the property with the current Thai Law?

They offer many different types of visas for expats. Especially if you are a retiree purchasing a home. But there are others for folks who only spend part of the year there, or are going into business there, as well. Just Google "Thai Immigration Schemes 2024" and you will find all of the visas they offer, what they cost, and how they work. It will guide you to the one that fits your plans.

Simply Google "Thai Visa Schemes". They have all kinds of visas that allow you to move there and purchase land, especially for retirement. The links will also describe all the different visas and help you find the right one for you.

Hi Eddie I’m a heart patient myself! I’ve never had a stroke I’ve never had any symptoms of heart disease! But I went for a check up and cut a long story short after loads of test I was diagnosed with artheroschlerosis! (Heart disease) they done an angiogram and found I had 3 blockages over 90% each! They put the stents in there and then! The point I’m making Eddie is when you get a warning like you’ve FFS you have to take it serious! More often than not you don’t get a second chance when where your heart is concerned! If your insurance doesn’t cover extensive investigation into why you’ve had a stroke? Then get back to the UK and get it sorted out mate❤

Absolutely horrible, could you imagine living here with other millionaires, hearing stories about how many poor people they have robbed and other competitive bullshit stories😂. Look at the land clearing for the so called elite rich.😡

the houses are great but i really give zero to your presentation. are you selling villas or furnitures? @ the begining we loved watching them but then we realized you talke about the furniture more than the house itself, make them shorter talk about the house aminities, areas, etc rather than; as you see the is a pink carpet here which is nice and matches the dinning table or look at this sliding doors that open this way ot that way 😂😂 please, try to present the villas rather than the furnishing
