You should indulge into Boxer's Road story mode and career mode. It's basically like this game but you can create your own boxer and fight familiar characters in the Hajime No Ippo series.

this game is peak , also press start to check special moves to see what moves you have. special is R1 and also hold R2 and punch when you want to throw upper cuts

@@Jecorey also keep in mind you can hold the weaved positions and throw punches from them . Say if you want a overhand lean off at a angle and throw a hook with the side of the body that's got the higher shoulder and such

I suggest you to look at the specials bro that should help you win every fight r 1 is the special button press square circle triangle and x you need to press r1 and then press the buttons
