How is the training facilities of the home based players. At the national team level you do not teach players how to pass or do some off the ball runs. I have not seen tactical play on our local clubs so the coaches and players possibly has lots to do. Local players who are not exposed to top tactical moves and use of facilities will make any national team coach struggle knowing how short the international break is to play games and win
