FULL range of emotions on this new project!

Join the concrete crew as we begin work on a new project. On this day we ripped out the concrete and asphalt, set a drain, and poured the concrete on the trickiest part of the job. My credit card company had my fuming once again but by the end of the day I was laughing hard! I'm looking forward to a great 2024 with you all. Enjoy!

Ryan, I really do feel for you. I get it with you know your frustration with your credit card company shutting off your card and then you have to call them and go through the process of getting it turned back on especially when you’re so busy and you know you’re making all kinds of purchases business, wise as well as personal and you know I get it so I understand your frustration at the end of the day. Regardless of what your use of that card is.

That’s what I’ve been commenting about!! “That’s what I did that’s what I did!!” No accountability, he’ll never truly learn until he can accept he doesn’t know it all and he’s bound to make mistakes. It’s either “that’s what I did” when he didn’t do it or “I didn’t do that” when he did do that. It’s like little kids learning how to tell lies instead of man’n up to life.

“Yeah that’s what I did” Eric’s catch phrase when he, indeed, has not and has done the opposite. I remember working with guys like that, doesn’t matter age, they have no accountability. Maybe he’ll learn to be okay with not knowing everything, and in turn, that is when you learn. When you’re wrong. But if you can’t acknowledge or recognize you’re wrong or have made a mistake you’ll never grow.

The NDS plastic drain hold up well. I have them around the perimeter of my house and buildings where cars park/ drive over. Never had a issue of weight harming them including a 5 yard dump truck

I feel your pain on the credit card. Happened to me multiple times and always at the worst time on a job. I eventually changed cards. I also spoke to security and pre approved recurring charges. I also began having my charges over a certain dollar limit texted that me for approval. Eliminated the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating and takes 30mins to 2 hours to correct. Best of luck!!

The amount of work ryan does behind the scenes is actually crazy, providing work year in year out for 10+ people is hard enough but editing all the videos, solving all the problems at work,all the merchandise, maintaining all equipment big and small and most importantly family time!! I sent in the shirts, at the time I couldn't think of something funny that was a running joke for Francisco. (This was before the train excuse) sent them in October, so I made Ryan, Francisco, and bugs(he hadn't left in the vids yet) keychains, altho they didn't show them, Ryan mentions to not take his keychain and u can sorta see Franny messing with his while Ray is looking at his shirt
