Those speaking bad about this dish stating lot of cheese butter is used, don't ever speak when ordering same from major brands. They will never speak to coke brands for mixing lot of sugar . Nor they will speak on lot of unhealthy low quality oil being used in chips and biscuits.

Salute to the spirit of this man...do not measure cost of the experience into currency. This is street food with slightly unique reciepie if you want to experience so that is the cost of experience not for the material used. Whenever i get extra time i would like to visit this place .

Ha bhai 5 star ka 600 ka lasagna justified hota hai logo ko. Actually vo sabse unjustified pricing hoti h (sirf dish ke perspective me), sara paisa usme services aur chefs ke innovation ka rehta h. Yaha chef ka innovation bharpoor hai + quantity is for at least 2 moderate consumers, services ofcourse nahi hai kyuki road side stall hai. In all dekha jaye toh things are balanced and justifiable. P.s tum kaunsa roz 280 ka khane wale ho jo ro rhe ho. It is a fancy dish jo 1-2 mahine me ek bar khaye aadmi.

Does loads of butter and cheese ensure taste. Most street food makers are obsessed with "excess". Even a small quantity of butter will give good taste. No need to overload. But uncle is a man of principles.

Tried Mufichi Restaurant from Swiggy and ordered Chilli Chicken Dry and Kung Pao Chicken with Chicken Fried Rice... Can surely say that the best Authentic Chinese in Delhi/NCR.
