Doesn't matter what skin colour the child is he is still a child with feelings. The child deserves to be loved by both parents and siblings.

I like how his older brother was thinking about the kid and helping him feel comfortable. And the mom is outstanding to accept the older brother unconditionally as her son. The dad could take a few pointers from her.

How Michael doesn't look like his dad can have a simple explanation. He could have gotten his looks from his grandparents or another relative and it skipped a generation. I mean, she even said herself that Michael looks like her grandfather.
