A Young Malay Woman Is Trapped In A Marriage She Doesn’t Want.
A story about a high school girl in a rural area. She just reached an age where a boy has caught her attention and possibly heart when her family had to marry her off to an old man to help with the financial situation at home. All that could go wrong had gone wrong as she discovered how the old man is related to the boy she likes.

Even if the situation is difficult, but at least they have each other. When Min said she misses her friend, that tells us how much she needs Omar in the house. The last part where Omar kissed her hand really shattered my heart, he still see her as the woman he loves. It’s hard to let her go. Overall i think it’s a brilliant short film, scenes are packed and beautiful. The film hit me right in the feels. Thank you Susan Bansin and Sharifah Amani, much love for the both of u ❤️

thats y the name for this short film is cage. she cant do anything since the one he love is her step son..she cant reach that guy because he is outside of the cage. she marry that father guy just to help her mom medical treatment. just my opinion..from my point of view..but this film was so sad..huhu
