I came home last night after a long day of working with modern aeroplanes. Thankfully, Neville had uploaded video 250! Great content as usual, the team continue to work their magic, and those of us who can't visit regularly get to ride along. Happy 250th, Neville!

Great update Neville thank you. Very interesting as we can see the fuselage now coming together with Phil ,Dave and the team working their magic. And now unraveling the work required for the Nose section. Interesting the work Keith was preforming one of Janes Spinners. Looking forward Neville to your next update already.

Cheers for the update Nev can you ask Keith next time if both spinners pictured are original to 611?
@nevillewheeldon169317 күн бұрын
Hi Petre I;m not sure anyone would not that as they have been changed many times in the last 30 years.
@buffplumsАй бұрын
NX611 rear fuselage assembly seems to have come on a lot quicker than the French one. I guess though that this one is better shape than the French one
@nevillewheeldon169317 күн бұрын
Hi Chris, the rear fuselage you call the French one is from lancaster KB976 which came from Doncaster museum. But I know what you mean it was in bad condition.
@RaspberryWhyАй бұрын
Hi Neville. Great video as usual. A question..... Do the Just Jane crowd have any idea how much of the aircraft will be original at the end of the 'Return to Flight' process is completed? If this has been has answered in the past I apologise for being under-informed
@nevillewheeldon169317 күн бұрын
Hi RW, difficult to say at this moment, The rear fuselage will be about 90% new material, the Port wing they have just taken off will require all new skins because of corrosion ,not sure about the rest of the wing.
