Main comment is yes this is great to at last have an option for virtual consultations however there isa contradiction here - its saying this is about accessibility without making the option for inclusive access on communication option eg to have live remote captions or live remote BSL interpreters to be part of this consultation. Many D/deaf hard of hearing and diverse spectrums who rely on seeing words or BSL to enable communication needs to be placed within this option when requesting virtual video consultations please.
