Bruh FR my leroy was stuck in Warrior for my first 20hrs of T8, no joke winrate 20%. I watched 30 minutes of this on the treadmill like 2 days ago - practiced some of the shit you were doin in training for an hour, and hit ranked: at least 30 out of 40 matches were wins, easily made it to Destroyer. I find myself being able to punish mashers so hard with her, specially when I’m in her front facing stance. Like some people hate blocking and I’ll situations where I’ve landed 7 4s in a row because they refuse to block high

whats that move that automatically puts you in hermit stance? a little before 5:35, or is that you entering hermit after a combo to parry ?

There are multiple strings that automatically put you into hermit stance, you basically have no choice but to enter it. You can manually enter hermit with 3+4 or with df.4 (I'm pretty sure but don't quote me on that one).
