The judge and officials who expected this creep to run and fet his gps instead of committing murder, have failed miserable at their job. Laws need to protect the public not the perpetrator!

He should have never ever been released! The judge has blood on her hands. Absolutely a disgusting shame . It was more important to lower bond than to protect her.

So they let him out of jail and.... Expected him to report to a gps contractor... And let me guess pay for his own ankle monitor ..... Yeah well
