A cool detail / easter egg I just noticed today is that on Clash of Clans, I had a P.E.K.K.A in my army camp. When I looked back it was walking around my base chasing a butterfly. Then the butterfly despawns and it returned to the campsite. I don’t know how common this is but it was something cool the devs added.

The name in for the nurse in that's not my neighbor is also a Silent Hill reference. The track Sun from Silent Hill 3's Soundtrack name drops both Xuchilbara (The Red God) and Lobsel Vith (the Yellow God).

I wouldn't even call them easter eggs in the "that's not my neighbor" but just references, since they're not exactly hidden and they're accessible to everyone to see

Seems like a fairly nondescript way to hold your leg after being injured, and it's no more a reference to Family Guy than any other depiction of someone hurting their leg. I mean, it's not _impossible_ that the developer was thinking of this scene when animating the Achilles statue, but it seems to me more coincidental than referential. 🤷‍♂

In Goat Sim 3, you can find lots of references in the cosmetics. (I don't know if you've already talked about them yet or not) Like one of the hats is a helmet that lets you control a person and do something. The thing that is a reference is the name of the hat is "Saving Private Brian" and so many more. Some you have to unlock, others you can buy.

Now this isn't an easter egg but more of a cool detail. In Streets of Rogue your goal is to get to the end and become the new mayor by obtaining the mayors hat, there are many ways to obtain this hat and the ending text will actually reflect that. If you kill the mayor it will say "And so, the Mayor died a horrific death, thus making it impossible to govern with any degree of competence." If you knock out the mayor it will say "And so, the Mayor slept peacefully on the ground while their position was usurped by a newcomer." If you threaten the mayor for the hat it will say "And so, the great and all-powerful Mayor succumbed to a threat from some random person they had just met five seconds earlier." If you just ask for the hat and he gives it to you it says "And so, the Mayor managed to lose every single ounce of power after handing their hat to some random person off the street who "seemed pretty cool"." And if you win an election it will say "And so, the Mayor was defeated after a long and arduous election process, and ended up being a surprisingly good sport about it." There are more ways then just these but the ones I have listed are all the ones available for all playable characters.

In Infamous second son, if you use the smoke ability and try the smoke bomb on water ( like the founten next to the space needle) the bomb wont explode because its in water. Love this detail

I don't know if you've covered it before, but there's a really nice detail regarding idle animations in CODE VEIN. If you leave your character idle for about 2 minutes in a bed, they will begin falling asleep, closing their eyes and leaning their head to their left. At around 7 minutes or so left idle, they will turn onto their left side. Pressing the cancel button from there, your character will get up, and stretch once they've gotten out of bed. It's a small thing that most players probably wouldn't notice, and it's great that Bandai Namco went out of their way to include it.

It's supposed to be a twin reference to both the Sega CD and the game Sewer Shark, but could also be interpreted as an easter egg to a Game Shark as well, but that might be stretching it slightly. It's still within The Underbelly of Dalaran, just north of your location. Not overused, but it's a nice little find.

The Phasmophobia Easter Egg with the ghost is probably a reference to the classic Ghost buster movies

(The Legion turtle pet is called "Young Mutant Warturtle" which could also be a reference to Wartortle from Pokemon)

So I found a little fun detail in Batman Arkham City, when first finding Joker in the steel mill after fighting Mr. Hammer, you can use the detective mode right before you trigger the cutscene and see Joker still has a calm heartbeat as well as Harley.

I’m playing Far Cry 6 and in the mission “Undercover Stud” where you escort Captain Diaz, at some point the game wants us to take cover under a bridge and Dani (the main character) says “I guess this is what trolls feel like”. I feel like that’s a nod to The Witcher 3 with the troll missions or something along those lines.

I'd say the Achilles one is just a reference to the "Achilles heel" injury, which also makes more sense because he's clutching where the Achilles heel actually is.
